He tanked along for most of the way in good company at Haydock last time before just running out of puff in the final furlong. He drops back in trip here with William Buick taking over for in-form Eve Johnson Houghton.
GOD OF THUNDER (6.35 Windsor, nb)
He went down in a head-bobber at Nottingham last time. He saw out this trip well on just his second handicap run and has more to offer.
VIVA VOCE (3.00 Ayr, treble)
He tried to come from too far back when third here last time. He’s down the weights in what looks an easier race.

LEQUINTO can make it two Windsor wins on the spin.
He was impressive here last time and looks ahead of the handicapper over this trip.
But it’s a tight race and Newbury scorer Bell Shot has champion-chasing William Buick on board. Zim Baby and A Sure Welcome both love this track and are right in the hunt too.
LEQUINTO 5
QUIN the money. He loved dropping back to sprinting when scooting in over course and distance last time. That was a big improvement on his efforts over further and a 5lb rise in the weights looks fair enough. He has more to offer at this level and looks hard to beat.
ZIM BABY 4
YEAH Baby. She won nicely on her last run over this course and distance and is only 1lb higher in the handicap now. Her past few runs have been modest but returning to a track she likes can see her back in the frame.
A SURE WELCOME 3
WEL in the hunt. Battled to win here last time and the handicapper has been fair with a 1lb rise in the weights. His track record makes him a big threat again and he’s proven at this level.
AMAZONIAN DREAM 3
DREAM on. Did well to score at Bath last time by a length despite missing the break. He’s been hiked 5lb for that so needs a bit more and won’t get away with such a tardy start here.
IMPEACH 1
SOUR Peach. Has been in and out on the all-weather and came up short over this distance last time. Needs to find a lot more on this return to turf.
BELL SHOT 4
BIG Shot. Dug deep to score over 7f at Newbury last time but was a winner the last time he tackled this trip too. William Buick takes over, which is a plus, and a 2lb rise in the weights gives him every chance.
KING OF JUNGLE 2
KING won’t reign. Scored on his last turf outing at Nottingham before a flatter effort on the all-weather last time. Likes this trip but looks a little high in the weights now.
